ASELKON – As of 2021, LKCI neither imports any Aselkon products nor has any guns or parts in stock. Please contact Aselkon directly.
ETERNAL ARMS – As of April 1, 2025 our five year warranty contract has expired. LKCI neither imports any Eternal Arms products nor provides any warranty services. Some parts are in stock for replacement at customer’s cost.
KUTAL – Please follow the Warranty Procedures below.
OMEGA ARMS – As of 2023, Omega Arms took over their own parts and warranty services. LKCI neither imports any Omega Arms products nor has any guns or parts in stock. Please contact Omega Arms USA directly.
TISAS – As of 2020, LKCI neither imports any TISAS products nor has any guns or parts in stock. Please contact SDS IMPORTS or TISAS directly.
VEZIR ARMS – Please follow the Warranty Procedures below.
WARRANTY PROCEDURES
If you have a warranty claim, please send us an email (gi@lkcillc.com) with the following:
- Gun Shop Owners and /or Customers: A copy of your proof of purchase from the distributor and your customer’s sales receipt.
- A picture of the gun with Serial Number showing.
- Detail description of the problem. Please send pictures and/or videos to identify the problem. If the file size is too big for email, please send it via “WE TRANSFER” or “DROP BOX”, etc. through the web.
