WARRANTY PROCEDURES

If you have a warranty claim, please send us an email (gi@lkcillc.com) with the following:

1. Gun Shop Owners and /or Customers: A copy of your proof of purchase from the distributor and your customer’s sales receipt.
2. A picture of the gun with Serial Number showing.
3. Detail description of the problem. Please send pictures and/or videos to identify the problem. If the file size is too big for email, please send it via “WE TRANSFER” or “DROP BOX”, etc. through the web.
